As a premium shoe care brand, we adhere to strict quality and hygiene standards.

1. Standard 14-Day Return (Unopened Products)

You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are completely sealed, unused, and in their pristine original condition.

2. The 3-Day Performance Guarantee

We stand by our formulas. If you try the product and do not see a visible transformation, you are covered. To claim this guarantee:

• Timeframe: Contact us within exactly 3 days of delivery.
• Proof: Provide clear “Before & After” photos of the treated sneaker.
• Fair Use: The bottle must be returned with at least 90% of its original formula (trial amount only). (Note: original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.)

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your Prime Kit arrives damaged due to transit, contact our support team with a photo within 48 hours, and a replacement will be dispatched immediately at zero extra cost.
